The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) is a uniformed organisation. Its primary function is to provide emergency rescue services such as fire fighting, rescue and emergency ambulance service in Singapore.
The Civil Defence Heritage Gallery, located in Central Fire Station, which is part of the Civic District Heritage Trail, showcases the proud and long history of civil defence and fire fighting developments in Singapore from the late 1800s to modern day. A visit to the gallery promises you lots of fun at its various hands on interactive displays. Moreover, the public education corner houses all information you need to handle emergencies.
Admission is free.
