The Singapore Quality Class (SQC) for Private Education Organisations, SQC-PEO, is a scheme to recognize PEOs that have attained a commendable level of performance in their journey to business excellence and to assist them to reach world-class standards of business excellence. It is based on the Singapore Quality Award Business Excellence Framework and requirements in the private education sector. Administered by SPRING Singapore, the SQC-PEO scheme serves as the industry standard for organisation excellence in the private education sector.
In recognition of the business standards achieved, PEOs that qualify for SQC-PEO also enjoy the following privileges:

'Green lane' processing of Student's Pass applications, including reduced processing time, and waiver of security deposits for their international students. |
| b) |
Overseas promotional support from International Enterprise Singapore (in facilitating overseas missions and joint ventures) and Singapore Tourism Board (in attracting international students). |
